Brush It Out - Spaverde Dry Brushing Set Review

If you know me, you know I am no stranger to trying new things. This time, I tried dry brushing! Dry brushing is a simple yet effective thing to do that has many benefits such as:
1. Engaging lymph nodes
2. Increase blood circulation
3. Exfoliate
4. Reduce cellulite
5. Relieve stress

There are more but those are the reasons I tried it out. The products I used to try it out were Spaverde's Dry Brush Set, it looks like this:

It's got all you need! This comes with A big oval brush plus a handle for hard to reach places, a smaller face and neck brush, and a carrier bag. It also has a guide, a video link, and a wholehearted greeting. They thought of everything to keep their customers satisfied (I know I am)!

Dry brushing has become more and more popular over the years, but has been an essential part of the beauty routine for many decades. It is beneficial to rid of cellulite and, on account of online testimonials I found, varicose veins. I cant attest to this as I have never had this problem, but according to many sites I came across while researching on pinterest, it helps out.

I do have skin issues, however, that have lessened significantly over just one week of daily use of those brushes. My body doesn't rid of dead skin cells as it is supposed to, and instead they build up and clog pores. Dry brushing has reduced the appearance quite a bit in a very short amount of time. I just followed the guide Spaverde gave with the product, and it's got everything you need to do. I wish I would have thought to take pictures, but I had no idea this would be such a huge success. Side note, it also helps if you have little bumps on your elbows!

I will admit that I am not so sure about the facial brush since I hardly used it for my face. I did use it on my neck occasionally but I was much more focused on the rest of the body. It didn't reach "essential status" since I usually have product on, and the only time my face is free of that is after I wash it and at that point it has products on and is still a bit dewy. I guess I could try this in the mornings but I never found a time that would be ideal to do this. However, the brush is the same great material and fits well with the small parts of a persons face. You may need to be a tad bit more gentle with you face if you've got sensitive skin, but the brush still isn't rough enough to cause major issues. It felt really good the couple of times I tried that out!

The product would be well worth the buy and I think that after a week it'd pay for itself, It's really good to get into the habit of self care especially if you have a mental illness that causes you to neglect that. I know it's much easier said than done, it took me years and years to finally make it happen, but I am glad I did and I hope anyone else will too. Perhaps if you venture into that, you can start here. You don't have to have anything but your body and a brush, so it's very simple. 

I recommend this company, they're much more "home grown". Many big companies care less about their customers and focus instead on their profit. This is run by a small family-owned business here in the USA [words straight from their greeting]. They're even so kind as to urge you to contact them with even a simple "hi" if you need any help. They really are down to earth and offer wonderful service to go with their products. After working with so many companies, it's nice to find another one that treats you like a person rather than a dollar sign. 

I highly recommend purchasing from them, it's well worth it!
