This post is about a product that I am currently waiting to hear back about on. I have messaged the company, however have not heard back. Let's hope!
So far, the product + customer service is a 3/5.
Explanation:
The product was cute before half of them stopped working. There's separate settings and it's super long so it's great but I really don't know overall. The customer service, I cannot accurately and honestly comment on until I hear a response, if I hear a response.
To save face for the company, I decided not to link or name them. I believe they will respond back and solve my issue. I don't want to say bad about their name if they have good intentions.
