Exfoliate it, mate! - ExfoliMATE Review

I...need a creativity boost.

I need to tell you guys yet another story, very short though! Basically, my story is this one line: Problem skin. I don't mean the face, or acne or anything, but I am talking about the problem skin that likes to make it look like you're always cold. Most refer to this as chicken skin. Now, if you have the problem, you'll know he struggle of having soft, baby butt arms, and then BOOM a patch of "goosebumps". It's annoying, at the very least. So when I got the chance to review a product that claimed it could help this, I jumped on it! That product is called ExfoliMATE by GreenHeartLabs, and looks EXACTLY like the picture below.

Since I don't want to take too long, I'll jump right in and explore the claims:

Cleans pores and follicles to banish blemishes and reveal a fresh glow

Reaches tough to treat spots like back, butt, and shoulders

Exfoliation helps control breakouts by removing dead skin and bacteria

Long-lasting green fiber and biodegradable packaging

Loofah scrubber increases lather making body acne clearing wash last longer

1. This does make you feel like you're glowing, and as if the pores are much cleaner (since they don't look so bad afterwards)

2. I didn't think this would be very easy to use anywhere, but it is! It stretches much more than you would expect it to

3. It does remove dead skin! This is what I was referencing in number 1. Another good thing is that it's rough but not so rough that it hurts, and it's as rough as you let it be. It's really soft if you're just rubbing you're skin, but if you really want to dig deep all you've got to do is push a little. It's hard to explain, but it's one of my favorite features of it!

4. I'm not sure how long lasting it is, but I pulled on it quite a bit and there are zero tears or signs of breakage or areas of weakness to be found. ZERO! I'm thinking it will last a while

5. I used a particular soap that doesn't lather a whole lot, but it did using this. And, another plus, the lather lasts longer than on a normal scrubby (loofah...I guess?)

So what do I think?

I recommend! It is strong, very cute, and exfoliates like magic. My skin is soft, smooth, and looks great when I get out of the shower. So far this lives up to all of the claims it makes, which I am shocked by since it's "just another exfoliating towel that's too soft to do anything". I have eaten my words because this product is actually fantastic!

Another plus side is that it came with this little lip balm that smells so great! It's green apple, but not gross green apple like on children's chap stick. I use it often just because of the smell, because after one use my lips barely needed anything else. Honestly, I would even buy it on it's own.

All in all, I love this product and it makes me even more eager to shower because of how good my skin feels afterwards. I love this, and I hope you buy it because I can almost promise you'll love it, too!
