Hey guys!
Skin is the largest organ included in the list of bodily organs, and it's also the most damaged. There are tons of ways to take care of it, but one way you might not know of is Light Therapy (well, I hadn't known about it until I saw this product, at least).
Light therapy, also known as Color Therapy, for the skin is basically the notion that LED lights directed towards the skin for a certain amount of time is supposed to help with anti-aging/skin renewal, wrinkles, and acne. Once I gt introduced to this whole side of skin care I wasn't aware of, I quickly jumped on the chance to review the Bright Therapy. You can find it on amazon, and it looks like this:

It comes with red, blue, and green LED heads, all for a different purpose. (It also comes with the charger, an eye mask, instructions, and a 15% off coupon for future purchases)! The red LED is to quicken the natural processes the skin already makes. The blue LED tackles the causes of acne. Basically, this one kills bacteria and lessens inflammation. Finally, the green LED fights hyper-pigmentation and age spots.
Doing this system provides a non-invasive, non-thermal professional grade skin therapy treatment- right in the comfort of your own home (and much less pricey than sessions with the pros)!
So here's my take:
I have only done this a couple of times since I received it, though I will be honest I do not remember how often you're supposed to put it to use. Nonetheless, though, it has been put into action! Though I haven't used it long enough to confirm long term, dramatic results, I can confirm that my skin has fewer and fewer breakouts after each use. Smaller issues diminish, and acne scars have already started to fade. I won't lie, I really was a skeptic! But honestly, not only is it a pretty relaxing experience, you get decently quick results from it! I do plan to come back and re-review the product, though I don't think there will be any cons to it.
If you think LED Light Therapy is for you, check out the product I am using here. I suggest looking into it! If you want to see the article I read that made me so eager to try, check that out here.
In the end, this was a great decision, and I will likely look even more into it in the future. If you've got skin issues,, big or small, you should check out this product and see how it can work for you!
Best of luck on your journey! Don't forget to check out my "Find Me!" page, and keep me posted on your thoughts/opinions and results!
