Hey guys!

Skin is the largest organ included in the list of bodily organs, and it's also the most damaged. There are tons of ways to take care of it, but one way you might not know of is Light Therapy (well, I hadn't known about it until I saw this product, at least).

Light therapy, also known as Color Therapy, for the skin is basically the notion that LED lights directed towards the skin for a certain amount of time is supposed to help with anti-aging/skin renewal, wrinkles, and acne. Once I gt introduced to this whole side of skin care I wasn't aware of, I quickly jumped on the chance to review the Bright Therapy. You can find it on amazon, and it looks like this:
LED Light Therapy Skin Care System for Beautiful Skin - Cordless & rechargeable Bright Therapy Trident SR11A. The 1st & Original Blemish LED light.
It comes with red, blue, and green LED heads, all for a different purpose. (It also comes with the charger, an eye mask, instructions, and a 15% off coupon for future purchases)! The red LED is to quicken the natural processes the skin already makes. The blue LED tackles the causes of acne. Basically, this one kills bacteria and lessens inflammation. Finally, the green LED fights hyper-pigmentation and age spots.

Doing this system provides a non-invasive, non-thermal professional grade skin therapy treatment- right in the comfort of your own home (and much less pricey than sessions with the pros)!

So here's my take:

I have only done this a couple of times since I received it, though I will be honest I do not remember how often you're supposed to put it to use. Nonetheless, though, it has been put into action! Though I haven't used it long enough to confirm long term, dramatic results, I can confirm that my skin has fewer and fewer breakouts after each use. Smaller issues diminish, and acne scars have already started to fade. I won't lie, I really was a skeptic! But honestly, not only is it a pretty relaxing experience, you get decently quick results from it! I do plan to come back and re-review the product, though I don't think there will be any cons to it.

If you think LED Light Therapy is for you, check out the product I am using here. I suggest looking into it! If you want to see the article I read that made me so eager to try, check that out here

In the end, this was a great decision, and I will likely look even more into it in the future. If you've got skin issues,, big or small, you should check out this product and see how it can work for you!

Best of luck on your journey! Don't forget to check out my "Find Me!" page, and keep me posted on your thoughts/opinions and results!

Skin Light Therapy - What's the hype? (LED Light Therapy Skin Care System Review)

Hey!

Okay so thanks to reviewing, I have been introduced to a lot of vitamin c products. Though I am thankful, they don't all work the same! This one, however, does it's job well!

Today I am reviewing a Vitamin C Moisturizer (which can be found here) that looks like this:
Am I the only one who immediately thought of a sunset? No? Good! So I actually love the packaging a lot, and the pump is my second favorite one that I have been introduced to! (My first favorite pump is on this eye cream- Check it out!)

InstaNatural Vitamin C Moisturizer Cream - Anti Aging Lotion for Face, Skin & Body - With 20% Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide & Organic Jojoba Oil - For Wrinkles, Fine Lines & Spots - 3.4 OZ
Taken from Amazon
So aside from the wonderful packaging, the product is actually one of the best products I have gotten my hands on It moisturizes, brightens, and, well, basically I am always "fresh-faced" (in a good way!) and my skin is getting so much better with every use. The claims the company makes are very well met, but let's look at them anyway:
Protects against external aggressors that cause damage
Deeply moisturizes the skin to provide long-lasting hydration
Helps reduce appearance of discoloration and pigmentation
Strengthens skin to fortify against the signs of aging
(Taken directly from Amazon to avoid misinterpretation and/or possible typed mistakes)

All of these are met so effortlessly, it's amazing!
1. It's like my skin can't get worse by any means, almost no matter what
2. My skin stays moisturized even after a hot shower (by hot I mean sauna, what other way?), and even after I miss a day or two in between applications
3. My skin is so much more even than it used to be! Though it's been getting better and better, this definitely helped to speed up the process
4. Honestly I don't know how to prove this, especially at my age and lack of signs of aging- I mean REAL signs, but it's safe to say I don't look like an 8 year old, or even a 30 year old...so...A+, huh?

So basically this product is REALLY great. If not for all of the benefits, at LEAST for the wonderful moisturizing qualities. I highly suggest buying this, I don't think you would regret it at all.

Best of luck!

Vitamin C Moisturizer - Review

Hey guys!

Ah it has been so difficult to write posts these days, but here I am, to share another product I enjoyed!

Introducing *dum dum duuuum* Collect Teables! They look like this:
ShakeSpearmint CollectTeableAgatha ChrisTea CollectTeable.jpg

The packaging is artsy and extremely attractive, and the flavor of the teas are very nice! This was my first time trying the two teas, and they were both equally as nice and I will definitely enjoy them for, well, ever!

My favorite tea was the mint one because, not to be biased, but Shakespeare is my interest, okay? No, kidding, but I really do love mint things and this was no exception! In my opinion, it wasn't too strong or too weak, it was perfect. Despite me never making these kinds of teas before, I didn't mess them up or anything! (For the record, I ALWAYS mess up my green tea because I suck).

The benefits of these two teas are persuasive as well! I'll list them below:
Mint:
1. Digestion/Stomach Issues
2. Focus
3. A germy mouth
(I did a quick search, so if you wan to read more, this is where I got the information.)

Earl Grey:
1. A healthy mouth
2. An energy boost
3.Full of antioxidants
(Again, a quick search. You can read what I read here.)

The company is just getting started, so head over and support them here! If you sign up via email you can get a coupon (everyone loves coupons!).

Side note: Tea is great for self-care, so if you're struggling in any way, start here! I love tea when I am tired, stressed, or down! Self-care is most important.

Niki X.
