Hey!

This is my second post of the day, but I almost forgot to tell you guys about a new product I've recently received to review. Let me start by saying I was EXTREMELY excited to try this. The ingredient that brought me in was Garcinia Cambogia, which if you hadn't heard is kind of a "new" weight loss supplemental ingredient for "sure" results. I was excited to try this, and I was hoping for the good results. But before I ruin anything, let me give you some information.

It's called PetitePlus Super Weight Loss. It looks like this

To be perfectly honest, I haven't been taking it long. I believe this is the 5th day or so actually. I can't say a lot about it just yet, but I will tell you what I do know!

1. It claims to be an appetite suppressant, but I have been eating a ton. I feel like I can't not eat, and I feel like I am never eating anything at all. In short: Not great.
2. I am not sure why I have had a headache for 4 days, but this is the only thing I have changed. Frankly, I cannot claim that this is giving me a headache, or causing it, but it is funny coincidence that it happened a day after I began taking this.
3. I actually feel nauseated after eating (or after anything goes into my system, even water!).
4. On the bright side: No funny taste! As this is a pretty good feature, I feel the need to point out the importance of it.
5. Another plus: easy to swallow pill! This pill is slightly large if you're like me and can never get them down, but it isn't difficult and I am proud to say I haven't choked myself once!
6. Back to the not so great, I have also had a difficult time sleeping (or I sleep all night but feel entirely drained in the morning), and
7. I feel as if I can't do anything. I have the energy of a sick person.

I can say I do not believe I enjoy this product, and I am unsure if i will continue taking it in order to get a full review. Given how I have felt for the past 4 days, I do believe that this pill is having negative effects on me. It's too soon for me to say if the weight loss side of it is actually accurate, but I will update if I actually continue use.

Let's explore the claims:
Relieve stress
Suppress appetite
Boost energy
Lose weight

These are 4 of the claims made (the others I cannot prove or disprove). As of now, it has lived up to a whopping 0%.

I have no change in stress levels. In fact, I may be MORE stressed because I feel terrible!
As I said before, I think I might actually be eating more.
My energy has fallen through the floor. i am constantly exhausted.
I cannot say I have lost weight, but since I am eating a lot more I doubt this will happen.

Given this information, I wouldn't recommend. However, everyone has different reactions and different results from different things. Would I completely knock it out? No. Would I personally continue using it? No.

This company doesn't even have my vote in customer service. I emailed them about 5 days ago about something and i never heard back. I emailed again 3 days ago, still nada.

Overall, this product and this company aren't IT for me. I don't recommend it, but since many other reviewers had good things to say you may want to give it a shot. My only advice is keep your reservations about it, because you may be disappointed.

Living that detox life! - Total Body Cleanse Review

Good afternoon/night, guys!

I'm gonna cut to the chase since i'm in a huge rush, so let's get right to it!

Tonight, i am reviewing one of the most recent products sent to me for review. Introducing

First off, highlights!

1. Easy to swallow pill

2. Natural ingredients

3. Money back guarantee

4. Nice packaging

5. Not disgusting

Now you may be thinking "some of those are terrible points to make", and you're right, except that you're wrong. If you had tried as many things as I have, you realize that things like this are very important points. Now, let me exaggerate.

One and two are obvious points that are very good to know. No one wants a pill that's hard to swallow, and no one wants a pill full of things they can't even pronounce, right? Correct! The third point, it's a good one and i'll tell you more in the next paragraph. The packaging was exactly like the picture, which is great because i have received things in the past that looked absolutely nothing like it did on amazon. 

Now, to tell you what happened. I do NOT blame the pill though, so don't run off so quickly! I have taken other things I have received prior to this, so I think the mix of things was what made me have negative effects. Given that information, I suggest giving it a couple of days if you choose to take this knowing you've taken things beforehand. Now to clear the air, I got very sick and nauseated for about a day and a half, and got a headache I still have yet to get rid of. I plan on trying again with the product in about a week, so i'll come back with an update if I do! 

Five is much more important than it seems. The pill did not leave a disgusting taste in my mouth, or some gross aftertaste I couldn't get rid of. It smells a little weird, but it doesn't taste that way. This is good for those who have a hard time keeping up with things that leave gross flavors on the back of their tongue. *ahem, me, ahem*

So overall, I recommend the product because you've got nothing to lose. I've read many good reviews and hope to have my own to write more in depth soon. If you want to help jump start a whole body cleanse, this is a good place to start!

Good evening and happy Sunday to my lovely readers!

First off, let me address that if you see the name 'Niki Xia', it's still me. However, due to some confusion I changed it in certain areas. My posts should be signed as 'Niki Xia' or 'Niki X.' from here on out.

Moving along to the topic:

GET BEAUTIFUL SKIN 

I know there are a TON of claims saying this and I am slightly frustrated with them too, but --HOLD ON-- this is tested (by myself and sister) and given an honest review. If you read my earlier post, you'd have a bit of insight on my skin history. I recommend taking a look into any reviews I post, as theya re all honest and unbiased, and come from self experiments (NOT FROM WATCHING SOMEONE ELSE LIKE SOME DO). So without further ado, let's get started!

Today i'll be talking about Valentia Skin Detoxifying Clay Mask and Eternal Youth Exfoliating Scrub (also by Valentia). Let me highlight my favorite points:

1. The packaging is a beauty

2. 97% of the ingredients are all-natural and organic

3. It's for all skin types

4. The size isn't disappointing

5. It smells great!

I loved the packaging! It was in perfect condition, and it makes the buyer feel so high class because it looks like something from a rich movie. It is fantastic, and very well done. I'll add pictures to show you, because I LOVE it!

They really do look like this, it's great. I hope to come back soon and post a photo of my own, but for now this will have to do.

Secondly, ingredients. Things listed include vitamin rich ingredients such as green and white tea, jojoba beads, olive, coffee extracts, avocado, aloe vera, and kukui butter [paraphrased from amazon description]. It's almost all natural things that won't irritate my face (and it doesn't)! 

The claim is that it is for all skin types, so I tested the mask on myself and my younger brother and sister. My sisters skin is normal, but my brothers is a little more dry. I believe my own skin is dry to normal, as it takes a tad bit more to keep it feeling hydrated. We all 3 put it on our face and waited out the long 20 minutes. I refer to those 20 minutes as long because I am always the most eager to get it over with, results are my drug! After, we took it off with a warm, wet towel, rubbing in circular motions (it comes off so easily without hurting your skin or becoming sticky!) and rinsed with water. All of our skin was very moisturized and noticeably softer. I really loved the mask so much, I do it about once a week. As for the scrub, I used this solo. It only takes a tiny bit to cover the face so it will last for a long time! I used the scrub right after the mask. The scrub has a good smell (actually, they both do!) so it's really an enjoyable experience. I suggest using your fingers and pressing lightly because it can become painful in areas if you're pushing too hard. The scrub leaves my face feeling even more refreshed and softer than before. It does just as it claims!

As for the size of the jars, it seems like they would be really small but the aren't. I believe that they are a normal size, not being too big or too small. But since the product has the "little goes a long way" factor, it really isn't an issue. I have used the mask twice on 3 different faces and you can't even tell I've used it. I have used the scrub about 4 times on my face and it's close to the same as when I opened it. 

I've mentioned the smell before, but it smells great! It's good enough for me to include it's own little rant. The smell, upon first opening the jars, is a bit strong and a tiny bit much. But once it's on your face and in smaller quantities (and not bombarding your senses by being the only scent in a jar), it smells lovely! The mask, to me and my brother, smells kind of like fruit and cream oatmeal. In short, it's fruity! The scrub smells a bit more citrus-y, either of lemon or orange or something of the like I can't tell, but pleasant nonetheless! We all 3 love the smell of both products, that rarely happens!

Overall, this is really a great place to go if you want to get a lasting scrub and mask that gives real results. even after the first use! My face thanks them, and yours will, too! There isn't a single thing for me to say about this product because I absolutely love it.

Bonus: Customer service is great and hey are very kind and quick to answer any questions you may have.

Serumtious Skin - #NaturelCommodity

It's the middle of a Wednesday and i'm ready to talk skin serums!

So what is a serum? According to the Huffington Post, serums are:

Face serums are lightweight moisturizers that penetrate deeper to deliver active ingredients into your skin.

So given this information, it's natural to think they are good for your skin--and they are! Serums are made to go deeper into the skin to give nutrients in higher more potent doses than creams and moisturizers. If coupled with moisturizers, you're basically guaranteed to see results.

So what do I recommend? My favorite serum right now is Naturel Commodity Vitamin C Serum (+ Hyaluronic Acid). You can find it here, and it looks like this:

This serum is great because it's lightweight (very important), easy to put on, and best of all made my skin feel fantastic in only a few uses! The only downside is that it is a little sticky BUT that may be with all of them, and it easily comes off if you a.) wash your hands (if that's how you apply it) and/or b.) follow the instructions and use moisturizer afterwards. So basically it's only sticky when it's drying, but it dries fairly quickly.

My favorite question to ask about new products is "does it do what it says it will do?", and the answer for this one is: YES

So let's cover them:
I am not sure about fine lines and wrinkles, but it definitely makes my skin feel tighter.
My skin tone has evened out quite a bit over a short time. It's actually great as I've been trying to do this for some time now.
My skin is noticeably smoother, so i'm very happy about that.
My skin is more hydrated just from using this.
The dark circles under my eyes have lessened since beginning the usage of this product.
And last but not least, my skin is brighter than every before. No more dull skin for me!

Basically, this is doing nearly everything it says it does. It's great to find a product that actually lives up to it's expectation, and I am hoping for even greater results by the time i'm done with the bottle.

If you are new to serums, I suggest investing into this one! It's giving me great results and honestly I will be buying again. I hope that you get results even greater than mine, and love the product as much as I do!

Let's Lose Weight!!! -- Thermogenic Metabolizer Review

Hey there!

First off, Happy MLK Day everyone! I hope every body is celebrating the things we should be celebrating on a day like this.

Now let's get started!

So recently I have been trying to lose weight (new year resolution, anyone?), and I came across this product >>> here <<< on a website that I recently found. You can read about it on the amazon link I provided, but for the sake of time that I do not have today, i'll move on.

I've taken it for about 2 days, so I cant say "hey this is the perfect product" but i'll tell you what I do know:
1. It DOES suppress appetite
2. It is easy to swallow (a huge issue for me sometimes)
3. It DOES NOT give me jittery feelings
4. It DOES NOT make me feel nauseous or anything like some do
5. It DOES NOT give me a headache or anything (actually there are very little to no side effects)
6. It DOES NOT irritate my skin or anything like that as some pills have in the past
7. It DOES do what it claims to do
8. It DOES NOT make my heart race whatsoever (VERY IMPORTANT)

If you're looking for something to jump start your weight loss plan, I suggest this. I usually eat frequently as I am often hungry (or at least believe I am), but with this I am not. It also does not make me feel like I should drink an ocean afterwards. It's effective in suppressing my appetite, I eat less during meals and snack less often during the day because I don't feel hungry at all.

As of right now, I give this a 9 out of 10. I will come back when I finish the bottle (approx. 90 days) and give a final update, so look out for that! #GloryMetaboliz

It's January 1st, Happy New Years!

I've done a lot of thinking over the past month and decided that i'm not getting any younger. I do the same thing every New Years, and honestly I'm ashamed that I've barely completed anything over the years! So here is my promise to myself, and all of you:

I, Niki Xia, promise to fulfill my New Years resolutions in the year 2016. These include, but are not limited to, reading more, learning a language, and learning an instrument. I will complete these, along with anything else I throw my way, before the clock strikes 12 on the night of December 31, 2016 and the morning of January 1, 2017.
