WOW it's been forever! Life gets in the way, and some things take much, much longer to recover from, but time to get back at it!

This review is so extremely late, my heart hurts from how long I have not been able to do this.

To the potential eyes of the people who were kind enough to work with me: My deepest apologies. Life took a very unexpected and rather difficult turn, but I am certain that unpredictable time is over. I apologize not only for this being so late, but for not communicating as much as I could have to make sure there was some sort of understanding. Your patience is what I am most grateful for. Now, to my readers:

This particular item helps you store your DVD's (or games, movies, CD's, or just about anything that is electronic) in a much more organized way!

(Unimpressive picture, but it looks exactly like the stock picture!)

Overall impressions:

1. Sturdy! I have most of it filled with games and movies, and let me tell you-- It does not disappoint!

2. You get two-- Twice the greatness!

3. It has a lot of room for your things. You could fit the things I have already mentioned, controllers, cords, cables, and even things that aren't electronic (that aren't too heavy) like smaller books, toys (please keep out of reach of children!), and just about anything that's small enough (but the bags are not tiny!) to fit!

4. It's easy to store

5. They seem like they'll last a long time! Not only because of the sturdiness, but because of the quality

6. They are zipper shut, so no velcro woes!

All in all, this item is great! I have one next to my dresser and another in the closet for scarves, hats, and mittens (be warm during these cold days!). I love the item and how it has helped my life be a little more organized and clutter free. If you need some storage in your life, this will help!

Artistic Measures

Hey guys!

Wow, I can't catch a break! Between leaving for summer, personal setbacks, and reviews and work for classes, I have been put in a very difficult situation. But alas! I am getting though just as well! Moving on...

Regarding past information, I was planning to shut this blog down but I couldn't because I love it! That being said, this blog is likely here to stay. My only hope now is to get a separate one, and slowly migrate to the other. Reason being, this one has a messed up layout that i can't fix for some reason, and I'd like to change it up and start over again!

Now for the product! A little background to why I think so highly of this: Not only is the product very nice, easy to use, and efficient, but it has a special place in my heart (and on my shelf) right now because it was the reason I was able to work through the trauma I have just recently gone through. Art is a great escape even for every day life, and this is what helped me escape when something bad happened. I can't help but want to praise it even though it has nothing to do with the actual product besides it's use. However, I should note that, yes I am a little biased, but that's because my initial response to using these items was great.

This art set is exactly what it says: Perfect!

The Pros:

This set is very well made and contains enough variety to complete any job you have. It is a starter kit, but is great for anyone needing new supplies. They did a very nice job of including everything you would need, including "instructionals", and it even comes in a handy case! Its not too big to where you can't carry it around (it's portable), and everything has a specific place so you won't need to worry of mess or broken objects. Everything came nicely wrapped in plastic to preserve it, and nothing was broken or used. It was really a great item and I use it nearly every day. When I have used it all up, I will definitely look into buying it again as well as other products from them.

The Cons:

Currently, there are none. I am really trying to think of one but I can't

It's important to remember your own ability when reviewing or using new products. I am artistic, always have been, and art comes easily to me. However, my ability to use things properly and effectively could alter someones perception of what their own ability is. Consider what you can do, and what limitations you have. These won't make you an art genius, or some sort if Picasso, but if you know how to use these items, you won't be disappointed.

That's all I have for this item. It really is a great buy, and it's inexpensive, too! I recommend checking it out, and give them a review if you do! Good or bad, always be honest. But, as a general rule for all reviews, don't promote something unless you truly mean it, and don't lave bad reviews if you are just using it incorrectly.

Silly Sponge, tricks are for kids!

Hey guys!

Like my word play? I had to! To jump right in, I am bringing you a great bundle with (almost) less than necessary product. Here goes:

So we all know about the Silisponge and Beauty Blenders, right? But there are cheaper versions for such replaceable, simple items. This is it!

Pros:

Super easy to use

No weird characteristics (smell, texture, what have you)

Works very well

A+ products
Comes with everything in picture above (SWEET DEAL!!)

Cons:

Now this is not a hit on the seller as they provide really awesome, useful products that are, indeed, the highlight of the beauty world when regarding tools. However, I am taking a jab at the silisponge and it's concept successors. I cannot understand its use unless using it to apply makeup, but not to blend, spread, or anything like that. 

The silisponge is something I have wanted, in one form or another, as soon as I saw it. I was like "Ooh I have to have it" just like the commercial, but five minutes into testing it that did not prove true. In fact, I don't even use it for anything besides applying facial masks. In short, the concept is a disappointment and useless on almost all turfs or me..

However, I am in love with the sponges. They grows when wet, and are firm enough to do their job well but not so firm that it is painful whether wet or dry. In other words, they're great! In fact, both products are great alternatives to the original, and not small by any means (perfect size!), but the silisponge could be the most useless product I own. Again, not the sellers fault, they give a great product. The actual product, in regards to its usefulness and what not, I don't recommend it.

If you're looking for these types of products, I highly recommend this as a purchase option. I attached more pictures below to help explain. Enjoy!

Lemony Fresh!

Hey guys!

College is well but it makes it so difficult to post on here! Luckily, summer is just around the corner!!

Today I have an essential oil that I have never used before:

Lemongrass! Okay, so it sounds pretty gross (IMO) but if you're not new to essential oils, you'd probably at least heard of it before if you haven't smelt/used it in the past. It smells horrible if you're too close to the opening when you open it, but it smells really subtle and fresh (no surprise!) when used by drop and in a diffuser.

I have worked with upNature before and I must say I love all of their oils and the bottle lasts forever!

I want to continue the medicinal/meditative side of this (if that's what you'll let me call it, ha ha). However, I will tell you a few things I found out about this:

1. It smells really nice and caling when mixed with cinnimon

2.

 

3. So far, thing sin number 2 seems to be adding up pretty well.

After I have a little more grasp (since I just received it not too long ao), I may come back and update.

Blemish Control To The Rescue!

Hey guys!

So it's been awhile, but today I have something that I love! It's called Blemish Solution by Eclipse:

It's, as you can tell by the name, a solution to those pesky blemishes that come around. I don't have breakouts often, but when I do it's almost certain to be from stress. Even with that, though, this stuff wipes them out and leaves my skin moisturized, soft, smooth, and happy. I have been using it for quite some time now and I have yet to have an adverse affect (effect? I always mix those up, forgive me).

It has a pump that gives just the right amount of product. The product itself is a mix between a gel and serum, but it goes on smoothly and doesn't really drip that much. Overall, it's a nice consistency and it smells really good, too (like cinnamon)! I really like it, actually, and I do recommend it for those with sensitive skin and blemish issues.

Products - Good and Bad (4 product Review)

Alright, so I love this blog so much that I may delay my departure just a bit longer. Nothing in life is set in stone, after all!

Today, I am back to give you guys an insight on what's been going on AND offer up some awesome (and not so awesome) products I have come across!

These days, I am halfway through my freshman year of college and let me tell you, the burn out is real. Mostly because I am ready to go back home in 4 months, but partially because Denver isn't my thing right now, ha ha. This brings me to product number 1. The AWESOME new planner I got to review, and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone needing to feel like the Leslie Knope of their life:

This is the one I got, but there are a variety of different covers and one other size. This is the normal size, but they also offer a pocket sized edition.

My love for this is great! It's kept me organized during prefinals and finals week and I couldn't be more thankful. It has motivation built right in and is definitely NOT your standard planner. It's durable, innovative, and beautiful!

Now that I was organized, I staarted realizing that with the changing weather I felt dirtier every day. The air is sticky and it just fels really gross in the dorms, and since I couldn't shower constantly, I took up the washing my hand and brushing my teeth. Weird, right? But now I have given my teeth a break because it never feels dirty! I got the best toothbrush I have ever had:

This little beauty cleans every nook and cranny in my food hole, it's awesome! It has 5 different settings for different things, even a sensitive one! It takes care of your teeth, gums, and tongue, too. It took me a few minutes to get used to, but now it's my favorite thing to do! It's rechargal, bt as far as I have seen it is a wonderful battery. My battery was fully charged out of the box, and it is still showing a full battery. It's really cool how different this is to other things I have ntoiced on the market. It's a pleasure and works like a charm!

Now that my days were planned and my mouth felt fresh, it made me realize that as a college student, my room is a mess. The main culprit? Clothes. I needed something to get that out of the way, and the Laundry Nook did the trick:

My clothes are still on the floor, but they get picked up WAY more often since I can pretend to be the best basketball player ever and miss every single free throw I attempt to throw into this thing that so clearly looks like a basketball hoop. In all seriousness, I think ever college student, child, mom, sister, brother, aunt, grandmother needs one of these.

Now I want to love this, but I am picky. It's great, my roommate loves it since she uses it now, but I couldn't deal with something I had to take off when I got in the shower. Other than that, it tracks well, looks cute, and keeps you motivated. It's a product I recommend looking into!

Insta(Naturals) For The Win

Hey guys!

Alright so I am in a little pickle right now. My beautiful, expensive laptop is being a pain in the butt, and I have to replace the LDC now. That being said, it is extremely difficult to do reviews. I will do my best for this one especially, because I love them so, so much! Today is about my favorite: InstaNatural Products

Since I can't format and add pictures just yet, I will just give a quick, grouped overview.

I got 4 products from them recently: VitC Moisturizer, Retinol Moisturizer, Skin Brightening Serum, and VitC Serum. I have been using them for about a week now, and they are all wonderful. Before I say anything else, this is super important:

Of all the time I got to work with this wonderful company, and all the products I have gotten, I have never had one that didn't do what it said, had adverse effects, and/or just did not work. All InstaNatural products have been the best! They work, they're so kind to the skin, and they make me feel great. I love, love, loooove all the products they produce. I hope they keep up the great work!!

Now about the products: The serums are so weird to me. The VitC one is cloudy and I haven't seen one like that before. The Skin Brightener one is very...pigmented. Not on the skin, but in the bottle. I am sure they are both made that way, but just a heads up for when you buy.

There's nothing bad about these, or any other InstaNatural products I have had. I highly recommend them!!

So new years resolutions are like a holiday on their own, amirite? Most of us make them, and many of us don't achieve them. Maybe it's hard to see the end, maybe it's not what we really want to do, but whichever reason we cleverly come up with, we can all agree that the end game is that we just don't. In the past, I have noticed that when I can take smaller steps, I am MUCH more likely to achieve whatever goal I need to get to. That's why I find this super useful!

Clean eating is and probably always will be the best way to get your body to where it needs to be, both looking at weight and general health. I mean, it's obvious your body will respond better when fed fruits and vegetables everyday when compared to McDonald's. 

This nifty little book is great, and comes in kindle and paperback versions. 

What do I love?

It gives all the information you'll need for 15 days of clan eating, which is the perfect amount of time to jump start any diet, or at the very least change your palette so that it isn't as difficult. It's got pretty tasty recipes, so I would definitely give it a shot. I'm still working on it, but so far I have implemented a few things mentioned here and I am already feeling better at the end of the day. 

Any dislikes?

Currently, no. 

I cannot comment on much because I have not yet ended this little trial, but I hope to update when I do!

Christmas Cheer! - Adult Christmas Coloring Book Review

Hey guys!

Is it just me, or does hearing "adult" anything bring up the same connotations and ideas as "adult movies" and "adult stores"? Honestly, it's great to have an "adult" something that doesn't mean mature, but rather just more complex! It's great being a kid, and as an adult who misses being young, it's fun indulging the kid in me with these awesome things. With that, I introduce my holiday favorite: The Christmas/Holiday themed coloring book by My Masterpiece (Adult Coloring Books):

The pictures are single paged to ensure things don't bleed through. The pictures are adorable, and the quality is fantastic. If you need to take a trip to the past, or make your holiday season a little more merry, I recommend checking this out!

What do I love?

  The quality is sooo good!

  The pages are filled with great images, but don't overwhelm the eyes

  You can color with almost anything, nothing I have colored with has bled through or destroyed an image or images! However, it is recommended that if you use heavily inked things that you put something between the picture you're coloring and the picture beneath it. Though I find his common habit anyway, its a good one!

  They're cute

  It's CHRISTMAS themed, what can be better?

Any dislikes?

None! I love this book and can't wait to show it off to all of my friend and family back home in the next coupe of weeks. If you have a collection of coloring books, or need a place to start, this is a good option!

What do I love?

It's amazing.
